教師及校長專業發展委員會

教師及校長專業發展委員會(COTAP)代表團在2014年5月26至29日前往澳洲墨爾本的 Department of Education and Early Childhood Development（DEECD）作訪問，與負責人員交流，汲取維多利亞在促進教師和學校領導人專業發展的經驗，並為日後的協作建立網絡。

訪問期間，代表團與多個組織舉行會議作專業交流。當中包括主辦是次交流活動的DEECD，和其他七個組織：Bastow Institute of Educational Leadership, Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL), Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT), Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), Victorian Association of Secondary School Principals, Victorian Principals’ Association 及Catholic Education Commission, Victoria。 為進一步了解當地學校在執行有關教師和學校領導專業發展方面的國家政策, 代表團參觀了四所學校,包括Silverton Primary School, St Joseph's Catholic Primary School, Eltham High School 及Caroline Chisholm Catholic College。
