The programme, comprising two components, aimed at enabling principals/ vice-principals to possess global perspective of leadership beyond the school context. The first component involved an attachment to a business organisation or non-government organisation for four days to observe the leadership practices. The second component provided an opportunity for the participants to reflect on the attachment and share among themselves their experiential learning. Upon completion of the programme, participants would broaden their horizon and enhance their leadership in promoting school development.
